For this project I wanted to recreate the painting by Hubert Robert, so it could fit the setting of a fictitious video game about jumping through paintings in an art gallery
It has textures made in Substance and was done in 3Ds MAX
This project consists of several rooms with special objects that contrast with the rest of their surroundings. This is Oliver's room, the main character of my book "Nadie Muere Por Amor"

This is one of the other rooms, the kitchen of the Witch. The lady who lives here adds a little magic to the sweets at her backery, the mothers in the neighbourhood loves them!

Finding balance between work and life is hard, but for two sisters competing for their mother's love, is harder
For The Shop Next Door I brought to life and gave form to the main idea of the game,
where two sisters must compete and manage a part of their mother's store to win her inheritance.
They must also achieve a balance with their personal lives, scheduling plans in their free afternoons.
Both personal life and success are important to their mother, because although she is tough, she wants the best for her daughters.
I worked doing all the UI, trying to give them a diegetic look and have them have character, bringing something fun and innovative to the genre.
I also helped with some of the cores mechanics such as all the life mechanics the game implements.

Help Carmen protect her biggest treasure, her lover, even if it means that she has to unleash her vampire nature
Awarded at the Indie Spain Jam by PowerUp+, our team joined their incubator and were given the opportunity to showcase our games at the Indie Dev Day 2024.
The game is a dungeon crawler with a love story behind a vampire facade. It started as a small prototype for a one-week jam, and ended with mid-complex character behaviours,
new mechanics to fight vampires and drink from humans and a complete new look.
I worked doing the pixel-art UIs, trying to convey the night-life aesthetic that the game required.
I also worked doing cutscenes and a dialogue system that enriched the narrative aspect we searched for, and helped with the core mechanics.

VR Game where you run your own Interior Design Business, having the opportunity to assemble furniture that you will later use with your clients
This virtual reality game was my first attempt to try and go beyond normal UIs, wanting to leverage the potential this medium brings.
I studied different forms to implement the interactions needed, ending with a complex UI all content in a Tablet where the user can buy furniture,
go to the warehouse to assemble them and placed them in the clients rooms. This became the core of the game, residing most of its potential and functionalities under the UI system I implemented.
Along with it, I also collaborated building 3D models that could fit the game theme, and creating a polished product for potential players to enjoy.

Rule as an inquisitor of the medieval times, and punish everyone to the stake if you believe them a heretic of The Great Word
In this low-poly game you play as an inquisitor with the task to look in a little village for a heretic by finding clues hidden in the world.
Even though you can lead everyone to the stake, the final outcome will vary. We planned this as an extendable prototype, where different endings could be achieved.
For the look and feel of the game we wanted to portray a retro look, with post-processing effects and centering the visuals to look like the player was watching through an old TV.
I worked on the visual aspect of the game, and also on the programming aspect of the game, where I learned to properly implement and apply different designs patterns
such as singleton, object pool, dirty flag, prototype and so on.

Play as a mouse and try to run away from the kitchen before your rival
Online 2-player game where you control a mouse that has to run away from the kitchen, avoiding obstacles and grabbing cheesy-power-ups.
With my team we worked with Phaser 3, JavaScript and Spring Boot to deliver a back-end server with API REST to manage users data,
and WebSockets for the real-time communication between both players. I was also the main designer of the UIs of the game.
Although we don't give support to the online server right now, a playable-local version is uploaded to itch.io.
